Site Assessments

• Brazos provides site assessments of municipal, industrial and commercial sites to enable our clients to make sound decisions and aid in fullfilling innocent landowner defense criteria.
• Phase I Assessments identify recognized environmental conditions (ASTM E-1527 & ASTM E-158).
• Phase II Assessments characterize the site so as to qualify and quantify existing environmental problems.
• Phase III Assessments provide Remediation Action Plans and Health and Safety Plans to restore the site to acceptable environmental standards.
